The NestVouch service
NestVouch is a free matching and scheduling service for homeowners. We may connect your request with one independent local contractor. NestVouch is not a licensed contractor, does not perform construction work, and is not a party to any estimate or construction agreement between you and a contractor.
Your request and contractor relationship
You agree to provide accurate project and contact information. Contractor availability, licensing, insurance, pricing, estimates, workmanship, permits, contracts, warranties, and project outcomes remain the responsibility of the independent contractor and homeowner. You should independently review the contractor, written scope, license, insurance, and agreement before hiring.
Optional communications consent
Checking the contact-consent box is optional. If checked, you agree that NestVouch may call, text, or email you at the contact information provided about your request and scheduling, including through automated technology and an artificial, prerecorded, or AI-generated voice. Calls may be recorded or transcribed. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
NestVouch messaging terms
The NestVouch Project Updates program sends quote-request follow-up, qualification questions, appointment options, confirmations, reminders, and related service messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS or HELP for help. Opting out of SMS does not cancel an already-booked appointment. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Acceptable use
Do not submit false, abusive, unlawful, or third-party contact information without authorization. We may reject, suspend, or remove requests that appear fraudulent, unsafe, outside the service area, or inconsistent with these terms.
No guarantee and limitation
We do not guarantee that a contractor will be available, that an appointment will occur, or that a project will be accepted or completed at a particular price or time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NestVouch is not responsible for acts, omissions, disputes, losses, or damages arising from an independent contractor's services.
