Who we are

NestVouch helps homeowners submit project requests for possible matching with independent home-service professionals. We are not a licensed contractor and do not perform home-improvement work ourselves.

Information we collect

When you submit a request, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and details about the project you need help with. We may also collect basic technical data (such as IP address and the page you came from) to operate and improve the service.

How we use your information

We use your information to review your project, check coverage, seek an appropriate project match, contact you when permitted, and operate, secure, and improve our service.

If you use the description-first intake, the project description may be processed by OpenAI as an AI service provider to identify the project category and choose one useful follow-up question. The classification request does not include the name, phone number, email address, or ZIP code entered later in the form. If AI classification is unavailable, the form uses a local fallback and still lets you continue.

How we share your information

If a project match is available, we may share the information you submit with oneindependent service professional so they can contact you about the requested project. That professional may compensate NestVouch for the introduction. We do not distribute one request to a bidding crowd, data brokers, or advertisers.

Calls, texts, email, and AI assistance

Automated contact is optional. If you check the contact-consent box, you provide your electronic signature and agree that NestVouch may call, text, or email you about your project and scheduling, including through automated technology and an artificial, prerecorded, or AI-generated voice. Calls may be recorded or transcribed. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts, HELP for help, or ask to be removed during a call. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

NestVouch does not sell or share SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. At your request, we may share your project and contact information with the single independent contractor matched to your request so that contractor can fulfill the requested consultation.

Your privacy rights (California)

Because the matched professional compensates us for the introduction, the transfer of your contact information to them may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act. California residents have the right to opt out of that transfer, and to request access to or deletion of the personal information we hold.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: email privacy@nestvouch.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share" and we will honor your request. Note that opting out before we match you means we cannot connect you with a professional.

Data retention & security

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable measures to protect it.
