NestVouch is a free matching service that connects Los Angeles–area homeowners with independent, licensed local home-service professionals. We are not a licensed contractor and do not perform home-improvement work ourselves.
Information we collect
When you submit a request, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and details about the project you need help with. We may also collect basic technical data (such as IP address and the page you came from) to operate and improve the service.
How we use your information
We use your information to match you with one vetted local service professional, to contact you about your request, and to operate, secure, and improve our service.
How we share your information
To fulfill your request, we share the information you submit with one independent, licensed service professional matched to your project so they can contact you and provide a quote. That professional compensates NestVouch for the introduction — that is how our service stays free for homeowners. We never distribute your information to multiple competing companies, to data brokers, or to advertisers.
Calls and texts (your consent)
By submitting a request and providing your phone number, you agree that NestVouch and the matched service professional may contact you at that number — including by automatic telephone dialing system, pre-recorded message, and SMS text — about your project, even if the number is on a Do Not Call list. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or asking to be removed during a call.
Your privacy rights (California)
Because the matched professional compensates us for the introduction, the transfer of your contact information to them may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act. California residents have the right to opt out of that transfer, and to request access to or deletion of the personal information we hold.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: email privacy@nestvouch.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share" and we will honor your request. Note that opting out before we match you means we cannot connect you with a professional.
Data retention & security
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable measures to protect it.
