Who we are

NestVouch is a service and brand operated by Spec Social, Inc. ("Spec Social," "we," "us," or "our"). Through NestVouch, Spec Social helps people submit service requests for possible matching with independent service professionals, including home-service contractors where applicable. Spec Social does not perform the requested services.

Information we collect

When you submit a request, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and details about the project you need help with. We may also collect basic technical data (such as IP address and the page you came from) to operate and improve the service.

How we use your information

We use your information to review your project, check coverage, seek an appropriate project match, contact you when permitted, and operate, secure, and improve our service.

If you submit the service search or use the description-first intake, the project description may be processed by a contracted AI service provider to identify the project category and choose relevant follow-up questions. The classification request does not include the name, phone number, email address, or ZIP code entered later in the form. If AI classification is unavailable, the form uses a local fallback and still lets you continue.

Analytics and advertising measurement

We use analytics tools, including the Meta Pixel, to understand whether people find a relevant service, begin a request, make progress through the form, or successfully submit it. Our custom funnel events use categorical information such as the service category, matching method, and form stage. We do not include your search text, project description, name, phone number, email address, or ZIP code in those custom events. Analytics providers may separately receive basic device, browser, network, and page-visit data under their own privacy terms.

How we share your information

If a project match is available, we may share the information you submit with oneindependent service professional so they can contact you about the requested project. That professional may compensate Spec Social for the introduction. We do not distribute one request to a bidding crowd, data brokers, or advertisers.

Optional SMS updates

Submitting a project-request form does not enroll you in automated calls or texts. Optional SMS consent is collected separately through the NestVouch chat widget on our SMS updates page. If you opt in there, Spec Social may send NestVouch project updates and scheduling messages. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Spec Social and NestVouch do not sell, rent, share, or transfer the fact that you opted in, the associated SMS consent record, or your consent to receive text messages to any outside party. A matched professional may receive your project and contact information as described above, but does not receive your NestVouch SMS consent, may not treat that consent as transferable, and must obtain separate consent before sending automated or marketing text messages.

Your privacy rights (California)

Because the matched professional compensates us for the introduction, the transfer of your contact information to them may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act. California residents have the right to opt out of that transfer, and to request access to or deletion of the personal information we hold.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: email privacy@nestvouch.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share" and we will honor your request. Note that opting out before we match you means we cannot connect you with a professional.

Data retention & security

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable measures to protect it.
